Which credit cards do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Will my credit card be charged when I book my reservation?
Your credit card will not be charged until you check out of the hotel (unless the hotel has specified online that it requires prepayment or a
deposit). Prepayment, deposit and cancellation requirements are displayed during the online confirmation process.
If you decide to cancel your booking, be sure to do so before the hotel's cut-off date (usually 24 hours before check-in date). If you don't cancel in
accordance with the hotel's cancellation policy, you will be charged for one night's stay.
Will my credit card be charged if I forget to cancel my hotel room reservation?
Yes. To avoid being charged, reservations must be cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined by each hotel. If you book a
hotel room and don't show up or don't cancel your booking within the cancellation period specified by the hotel (usually 24 hours
before check-in date) the hotel is legally allowed to charge your credit card for one night's stay because the room was kept for you, but was
not used.
Note: Our heavily discounted Hot Rate hotels are pre-paid and charged at the time of booking and different cancellation policies apply.

Changing a Reservation
Firstly, read the cancellation policy of your original booking (bottom of your confirmation email) to ensure there are no penalties for cancelling
or changing your reservation.
Next, check there are rooms availabile for your new dates. If accommodation is available, go ahead and make a new booking. Once you recieve
confirmation of your new booking, cancel your original reservation by going to 'YOUR RESERVATION' page.
If you don't do this you'll be charged for both bookings. Remember to enter your name exactly as you did when making your first reservation.
Important: If your cancellation or change of reservation is made after the cutoff date, penalties detailed in the 'Cancellation Policy' section
of your reservation may apply. Changes or cancellations made AFTER check-in date are subject to 100% penalty. If you intend to check-out early you
should advise the hotel before or at time of check-in, NOT AFTER. Once you have checked into a hotel you cannot cancel or receive credit for unused nights
if you check-out early.

Cancellation Policies
What is the cancellation policy? Will my credit card be charged if I don't cancel my reservation(s)?
Cancellation policies vary for each hotel and are implemented by hotels to avoid holding a room for a guest who will not use it. If you don't
cancel your reservation within the given cancellation period, the hotel will charge a penalty (usually one night's room charge plus tax) to the credit
card provided to reserve the room. Be sure to review the cancellation policy for your hotel carefully during the booking process. For non-cancelable
reservations, no changes or cancellations are permitted once a confirmation number is issued. If you have questions about the cancellation policy for

My cancellation policy reads "Cancel 24 hours prior to arrival" and I plan to check-in at 11:00 pm.
Can I cancel my reservation by 11:00 pm the day before my arrival?
Cancellation policies relate to the hotel check-in time, not your intended arrival time. If your hotel cancellation policy
indicates a 24, 48 or 72 hour cancellation policy, it means you must cancel your reservation before 4:00 pm local hotel time of the date in question.
Confirmation of a Booking
What if I don't see a confirmation page when I book?
If your confirmation page doesn't display after completing your booking, then check your email for your confirmation. If you don't receive an
email confirmation within 10 minutes, go to the 'YOUR RESERVATION' page. Enter your name and the last 4 digits of your credit card number and your booking details will be displayed. Click the 'Email Details' button
to receive a duplicate confirmation email.
What if I don't receive an email confirmation?
If you don't receive a confirmation email after making a reservation, it may be because we have an incorrect email address or your Internet Service Provider may
have blocked the email. If your Internet Service Provider supplies you with a SPAM filter, please check that folder. Otherwise contact our
reservations service and a duplicate copy will be emailed to you:

- Confirmation number if you have one
- Guest first/last name
- Hotel name, city and county
- Check-in/check-out dates
How long before the hotel receives my reservation?
This depends on the hotel and your arrival date. In most cases hotels receive reservations within an hour of booking, except for nights and
weekends when the hotel reservation office of smaller hotels may be closed.
There are certain reservations that are booked out of an allotment. These rooms are guaranteed and payment is due upon check-out of the hotel.
In some cases the hotel will not have your name on the reservation form until approximately one week prior to arrival.
If you booked a discounted prepaid reservation, be sure to print a copy of your confirmation and bring it to the hotel to provide proof that
the reservation was paid in advance.
Check-in and Check-out Information
What is the hotel check-in time?
For most hotels the check-in time is after 3:00 pm local hotel time. Check your confirmation for earlier check-in times.
Will the hotel hold my room if I am arriving late?
Because your reservation is guaranteed with a credit card the hotel is obligated to hold your room until 7:00 am the day after arrival.
What if I need to check-in early?
Early arrival should be requested in the Special Request section of the reservation form. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request,
subject to availability upon arrival at the hotel.
Room Occupancy
What if there are more than two adults in the room?
Most hotels allow additional guests to stay in the rooms at a charge (usually between $10 - $20 USD per person, per night) provided the room has not
exceeded the maximum number of guests per room. If you book a room that cannot accommodate your party size, the hotel may cancel your reservation or
require that you book additional rooms. Please note that we can not be held responsible if you book a room type that cannot accommodate your party
size.
Our children will be traveling with us - do they stay free?
In the United States children less than 12 years of age typically stay for free in the room using the existing bedding. In most other countries only
children under the age of three stay free. Age requirements differ depending on specific hotels policies, which can be viewed in the hotel
information. Please check with the hotel.

Special Requests for Rooms
What if I have special requirements, ie. non-smoking room, disabled, etc...?
Please enter your request in the Special Request field of the reservation form. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request,
subject to availability upon arrival at the hotel.
Special Rates and Discounts
How do I know if I qualify for a specific rate?
Rates displayed may include government, corporate, senior and AAA discounts. At the time of check-in, you may be required to present special
documentation to confirm that you are qualified to receive the rate booked. Please refer to the rate description for information regarding ID or
membership requirements. You will not receive these special rates at check-in without the proper identification, even if you booked the special rates
online.
Can I use coupons from the hotel?
Unfortunately, we are presently unable to accept hotel coupons.
Hot Rate Hotels
What is a Hot Rate Hotel?
Hot Rate Hotels are special discounted room rates that are designated by a
or icon.
Rates at these hotels have been negotiatiated and are lower than those offered to the public.
Why are Hot Rate Hotels prepaid?
Prepaid reservations allow hotels to extend their deepest discounts. By prepaying your reservation you are guaranteed that the rate paid is secured and
that you will not be subject to room rate increases. The hotel room is charged to your credit card at the time of the booking. Hotels will collect
payment of extras such as meals, movies, parking and phone calls separately at check-out. Cancellation terms and fees apply to prepaid bookings.
If I check-out early on a Hot Rate booking, do I obtain a refund for the nights I did not stay?
Upon arrival and check-in at a hotel, you are responsible for consuming the entire length of stay. No refund or credit will be issued for any nights
reserved, but not consumed.
Receipts
How do I obtain a receipt for my hotel room?
Your confirmation is your receipt. Please retain a copy for your records. If you need a copy, email us and a copy of your
booking will be sent to you via email.
You MUST include the following information in your email:
- Guest first/last name
- Hotel name, city and county
- Check-in/check-out dates
